New book submits theory of personal responsibility
Author Gina Pilon guides readers to freedom through taking responsibility for their health

ARNPRIOR, Ontario — The new book “Responsibility: Discover 14 Key Essentials for Breaking the Victim Chain and Claiming Personal Freedom” (published by Balboa Press) delivers to readers the crucial lessons author Gina Pilon has learned from her own life experiences as well as part of her effort to help others live lives that are free of unnecessary pain and suffering.

“Responsibility” outlines 14 fundamental guidelines to help readers go from being a wounded person who hurts oneself and others to becoming a healed person who loves oneself and others.

“We have become a society that is quick to blame and judge,” Pilon says. “Not many people are prepared to really do what it takes to live a life that is free by letting go of their wounds and taking responsibility for how they show up in the world. As a consequence we have a pandemic of sick people, not just physically, but emotionally as well.”

An excerpt from “Responsibility”:

“Nothing grants freedom faster than taking responsibility for our own life. Until we do that, we are always at the mercy of something outside ourselves.”
